the significance of empowerment

The significance of empowering clients

Examination of the significance of empowering clients with techniques to empower and support.

Empowering the client is vital to help the client move out of negative circumstances into a committed care for themselves, their growth and happiness.

Intuitive Coaching gives a client a newly found, or rediscovered, self-awareness. A deep love and grace for themselves which awakens confidence. In that confidence the client can see possibilities for change for their future and take actions accordingly. These newly opened visions allow for hope. Within hope a new drive for life is created. This new drive for life, the curiosity, the joy found in the vision changes and creates new bodily cells. Changing the chemicals of the brain. Empowerment not only changes our emotional and mental wellbeing, it grants power to every cell of our physical body, our complete being.

Witnessing a client transition from powerless to empowered is an incredibly profound sacred moment.  Reassuring the client of their safety inside, beginning with NSR, and during the exercises builds trust. Trust in the coach, but mainly trust in themselves. This can be supported through acknowledgement and commending them for their courage during a process of unlayering shadows. Reflecting back the strong positive new insights helps them hear their intention. Words have different weights hearing them externally compared to internally.

While being in the coaching process, it is possible for the client to experience their own capability, their independence and their worth, by helping the client move forward in a way that it comes from their own initiative.

For example, asking them intentionally but as a hypothetical appearing question, such as: ‘if you had permission to … would you do it? Would you allow yourself (your part/your Inner Child) to see/say/do…’ and if they answer with yes, and say they would, then we can reassure them that they do HAVE permission. That they are safe in this moment and can say/do what they need to receive/hear/feel.

Once the pain point has been found, the memory or discomfort seen from a perceived distance, it is an immediate opportunity for the client to put into words what they experience or see without getting involved too deeply. Some clients may only use a few words, but allowing the client to use as many words as they feel necessary, we can notice the more words (describing how and what she feels or sees and what it does to her) come up in that moment, the better the understanding (this includes even immediate seeing the unfolding generational repetitive patterns), the vaster the range of needed positive clues/words feedback can be expressed in return and implemented. Actively speaking out loud the words, negative replaced by positive, helps manifest the meaning much deeper, compared to the words thought-spoken.

Journaling the experiences, the newly discovered insights can help the client truly be aware of the realization, the awakening of the understanding, and how positive clues or commands sit and represent themselves in their body.

This gives opportunity to move forward on their goals or intentions, it lets them see and claim the future of creating a positive impact.

Life becomes purposefully again. In purpose lies love, compassion and joy.

Empowerment is the fuel Love creates.
