Our house was a chick minimalist grey open plan house when we moved in. The children's bedrooms upstairs were also in grey. At the beginning we loved the minimal look. Over the years the energy in the house had dropped. We were all living in a state of suppressed energy. Talking to Carola about family life and the lack of communication, she surprised me by asking me what the rooms looked like, the geographical position, etc.. During our conversation I came to realize that the lack of energy and communication was as fad as the color in our house. The initial enthusiasm had disappeared. I was high on the idea to bringing new life into our house. Carola helped us find a new color for the bedrooms and office space first as we wanted to get the basic emotional needs covered first. Later on we moved on to the rest of the house. The house is alive! Beaming of warm positivity and brightness. I am so incredibly thankful for her input. My own studio in which I coach and administer physical therapy has not only helped me work better with a more open mind and heart, but my patients felt a sense of relief and greater hope too.
