Together, we work through the C.O.S.M.O.S. Framework™,

meeting you exactly where you are — gently unraveling old inner architecture, integrating shadow and emotion,

and reconnecting you to your inner compass so your life can be rebuilt from the inside out.

You’ll receive weekly, open-ended coaching conversations with me every Tuesday,

creating space for deep exploration, insight, and real-time integration.

On Fridays, we reconnect for a shorter follow-up session (around 30 minutes) to ground what’s emerged,

clarify next steps, and support embodiment rather than overwhelm.

Between sessions, you’re welcome to message me with reflections, questions, or moments that arise along the way.

I’ll respond within 48 hours, so you’re never left alone with what’s surfacing.

Once you commit to this journey, I commit fully to walking alongside you — this is a partnership, not a transaction.

If life happens and a session needs to be rescheduled, nothing is lost. We simply place it back on the calendar, honoring rhythm over rigidity.
